Four safety laws
These four are mechanisms, not slogans. A closed cult is hidden, one-way, impossible to leave, and hostile to tests. GHM is built as the opposite.

| Verify after waking | Hypotheses still pass the confidence gate and independent verify. They never promote themselves to conclusions |
The stamp belongs to the tool, not the agent. An agent stamping itself is self-grading by another name.
