Flavors and telemetry
Hybrid triggers and telemetry
Hybrid detection
- Regex first — a YAML hit fires
- Semantic fallback — TF-IDF and substring overlap, threshold about 0.62
- Event path — the v4 hot path on hook events. Both engines must agree on the catalog id
Telemetry
| Capability | Control |
|---|---|
| Anonymous counts | puax_get_usage_stats / puax_set_usage_stats_opt_out |
| Turn counts off | PUAX_USAGE_STATS=0 |
| Local spans | PUAX_OTEL_ENABLED=1 → telemetry.jsonl |
| Export | PUAX_OTEL_ENDPOINT (loopback only) and puax_flush_telemetry |
Counts and spans do not store the conversation body.
Code sample
# 语义也能命中 paraphrase puax_quick_detect(text="我好像卡住了，换个思路也不知道从哪开始") # 统计摘要 puax_get_usage_stats() # 刷出 OTel 缓冲 puax_flush_telemetry()
