Diagnosis and the confidence gate

The v3.3 loop is still a gate in v4. The point is a verifiable finish, not a louder insult.

Diagnosis first

  • Tool: puax_check_diagnosis
  • The block is [PUAX-DIAGNOSIS], with where the evidence came from
  • activate_with_context and get_role_with_methodology inject that protocol

Six-step confidence gate

puax_confidence_check:

  1. List the claims
  2. Find the hole
  3. Fix it or disclose it
  4. Run the evidence
  5. Loop until it closes
  6. State only facts that have evidence
Saying "done" before the gate is a governance failure. Pair it with puax_verify_completion.
