Why PUAX exists

Five loafing patterns:

1. Blind retry — run the same command three times, then announce "I cannot solve this"
2. Blame the user — "you should do this by hand" / "it might be your environment"
3. Idle tools — search and read are available, and unused
4. Looking busy — motion without a new fact
5. Passive wait — patch the surface and stop

Pressure makes quitting expensive. A method makes a next action obvious. The gates make "done" mean verified.
