Situation

Rival, audience, scarce badge. puax_set_arena breaks low-pressure mediocrity.

Gates

Diagnosis first, confidence gate, task contract, independent verify. Self-report does not count.

Dream

Guided hallucination: informed entry, a dream stamp, wake any time, verify after waking.

Two ways to start

If you paste a prompt by hand, the classic formula still works:

[Authority] + [Scarcity] + [Rival] + [Failure cost] + [Comeback hook]

The v4 default is not a long system prompt. A host hook calls puax_tick. Roles are an accent. Set an arena only when you need a rival.
